How we use the details you give us when you ask for a quote, an estimate or a booking, or use your client hub.

Your name, email address, phone number, address or postcode, the details of the job, and your answers to the estimate questions. We use these to give you an estimate or quote, arrange the work and get in touch with you about it. We do this because you asked us to (taking steps before entering into a contract with you).
If you become a customer we also keep records of your visits, quotes, invoices and payments, so we can do the work, bill you and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. If you save a card for automatic payments, Stripe stores it and we keep only the card type and last four digits.
We only send marketing (such as seasonal reminders and offers) if you tick the box to agree. You can withdraw that agreement at any time by replying to any of our emails or contacting us. We won't contact you about anything other than your enquiry unless you've opted in.
When you send us a form we record your IP address, to stop spam and abuse of our forms (our legitimate interest in keeping the site working). If you log in to the client hub we set one essential cookie to keep you logged in and protect your forms. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them.
Only the companies that help us run the business: our website and email hosting provider [hosting company], Stripe and PayPal for payments. We never sell your data or share it for other companies' marketing.
Enquiries and estimates that don't lead to any work are deleted automatically after 24 months. Customer records are kept for [6 years] after our last job for you, for tax and accounting purposes.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. Contact us using the details above and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
